Position: Elementary AMI Guide

Brief Job Description:

Montessori Lab School at Grand Center (MLS) in St. Louis, Missouri is looking for an AMI-
trained and experienced guide to start immediately.

Candidates currently working on or interested in pursuing an AMI 6-12 diploma to become
an AMI Montessori elementary guide are also encouraged to apply. We will sponsor the
right candidate’s Montessori training including travel and living costs.

MLS exists as a model of applied scientific pedagogy by providing a holistic learning
environment carefully prepared to meet the developmental characteristics and needs of
each child, guiding them in self-construction toward outcomes of personal responsibility,
critical mindedness, resilience, and respect for others.

ongoing demonstration highlighting Dr. Montessori’s ideal of peaceful coexistence.

and experiences.

MLS is an extension of Montessori Training Center of St. Louis and provides authentic
Montessori education for children ages 15 months through Grade 6.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Salary is commensurate with experience and
