Position Overview
South Coast Montessori seeks a Montessori-trained Elementary Guide to lead our Elementary classroom for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, mission-driven school community on a lovely 9-acre campus in Southern California.

Preferred Qualifications
- AMI Elementary Diploma (or in progress)
- Strong understanding and passion for Montessori education for children ages 6–12
- Dedication to professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ability to build supportive, positive relationships with students and families
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
- Full-time, exempt position with summers off
