Job Description
Blooming House Montessori in Encinitas is hiring a Montessori Toddler Guide with AMI certification and/or Montessori experience to start in January 2026. We are a preschool serving children ages 1.5 to 6 years old. Our Montessori school offers Spanish immersion, and we are proud to follow the Montessori philosophy in an authentic way. Blooming House Montessori is a new school, and we are looking for individuals who share the dream and aspiration of growing alongside this project.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bilingual (Spanish and English)
● Montessori Infant/Toddler Diploma (or currently enrolled in a training program)
● Strong understanding of and passion for Montessori education for children ages 0 to 6
● Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students and families
Compensation and Benefits
● Competitive salary: $22–$26 USD/hour, depending on experience
