We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Montessori guide for the opening of a new toddler classroom. We are seeking both Spanish and English speaking guide.

All candidates must have a Montessori Certification, 12 core ECE units, fingerprint clearance and all necessary requirements to work in a preschool and in the US. We are looking for a kind, warm, flexible and energetic person that has the ability to work with children in a respectful, nurturing manner.

Candidates must be a team player, have strong work ethic, be confident, positive role model, creative, have strong written and verbal skills and be punctual. Must be able to ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.

– Montessori teaching certified.

– Plan and implement the Montessori Curriculum.

– Give appropriate presentations.

– Good interpersonal skills are necessary.

– Teacher should have the ability to work not only with children but with parents and other staff members as well.

– Positive and open attitude toward children is a requirement.

– Responsible for preparation of classroom environment, materials and equipment.

– Ensures that all materials are in good repair and all sets complete.

– Develop and make materials when needed.

– Plan and implement the Montessori curriculum.

– Give appropriate presentations.

– Promote good communication among staff members.

– Ensure respectful and open lines of communication with parents.
