Position Description:
We are looking for a trained or in-training Montessori Guide for our Infant Community (0 to 3 years). The ideal candidate is committed, nurturing, observant, and passionate about supporting the development of young children. Responsibilities include preparing a safe and engaging environment, guiding children with respect and individualized attention, and collaborating with the team to implement an authentic Montessori curriculum in Spanish.
Requirements:

Montessori 0–3 training (completed or in progress)

Previous experience working with young children
