Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
● AMI Certification at the Elementary (6–12) level
● Practical experience in Montessori environments
● Strong communication and teamwork skills
● Passion for education and child development
● Commitment to Montessori philosophy and values
● Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, Excel, calendars)
● Availability to work on-site (in person)
● Fluent English
