Position Overview
Pacific Rim International School is seeking AMI Primary Guides who are passionate about Montessori practices and inspired by working in a truly international, multilingual community.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- AMI Primary Montessori training (required)
- Native proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, or English
- Strong alignment with authentic Montessori philosophy and child-led learning
- Passion for language immersion and cross-cultural collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
