Position Overview

Blooming House Montessori is seeking a Montessori Toddler Guide to begin in June 2026. We are looking for an educator dedicated to supporting the respectful development of children in early childhood.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Montessori diploma (or in progress)
• Experience or interest in working with children ages 0–3
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $24–$28 USD per hour (based on experience)
