We’re seeking an AMI-certified Montessori 3-6 Assistant to join our dedicated team at Violeta, a small bilingual Montessori school committed to supporting the natural development of our children.

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts

General Requirements:

• AMI 3-6 Montessori Assistant or Orientation Certificate or the willingness to pursue this qualification
• Strong interest in expanding your understanding of Montessori philosophy
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and an openness to learning
• Native English language proficiency is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable and open to filling a variety of roles based on the school’s needs
