Position Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Montessori guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a Montessori teaching credential for children under three years of age, and a solid understanding of the Montessori educational philosophy and its principles.
This position involves designing a beautiful and thoughtful environment—creating a calm, welcoming, and stimulating space where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The lead Montessori teacher for young children will be responsible for building respectful relationships with parents, as well as with their assistant, to ensure effective teamwork. The lead guide is also responsible for maintaining records of each child’s development.
Excellent communication skills, organization, the ability to work collaboratively, and a genuine desire to work with this age group are essential qualities for this position. Bilingual preferred, but not required.
