About the Position

Lifetime Montessori School is seeking an AMI-trained Spanish-speaking Primary Guide to join our Spanish bilingual immersion team.

Our immersion model pairs two AMI-trained guides in each classroom—one delivering all instruction in English and one exclusively in Spanish. This is a collaborative, team-taught environment where language consistency is central to the program.

Lifetime Montessori School is a thriving community entering its 20th year, serving children from toddler through elementary (6th grade). The school currently includes:

• 4 Toddler classrooms
• 6 Primary classrooms
• Elementary program through 6th grade

The school’s strong staff retention reflects its supportive and collaborative culture, with some team members having been part of the community for up to 16 years.

Requirements

• AMI Primary Diploma (3–6)
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
• Commitment to authentic Montessori practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $4,200–$5,000 USD per month (based on experience)
