Colegio México Finlandia is seeking a Montessori Upper Elementary Guide (Taller II) to join our educational team.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding a group of children ages 9 to 12 in a multi-age classroom, implementing Montessori philosophy and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students ages 9–12 (Upper Elementary / Taller II)
• Implement Montessori philosophy and methodology in a multi-age environment
• Support students’ academic and personal development
• Foster a classroom environment based on respect, independence, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Age between 25 and 50 years old
• Montessori Elementary training (Taller level)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong alignment with Montessori philosophy
